Our Age Groups

Every Stage. Every Step. Dance Classes for Every Age.

Tiny Tots (Ages 2–4)

A joyful first step into dance — together with you!

Our Tiny Tots class is a gentle, playful introduction to dance where parents and children dance side by side.

  • Each week we explore a different theme through music, movement, and imagination. Every class includes:

    • A hello song to settle in and a goodbye song to close the class

    • A fun adventure-style obstacle course to explore, climb, roll, and balance (a playful way to practise early acrobatics and coordination)

    • A short dance with props such as ribbons, scarves or pom-poms

    • Bubbles and sensory play to keep little ones engaged and smiling

  • This class is all about bonding, confidence, and joyful movement.
Parents are encouraged to join in, dance, and explore together — little ones feel happiest and most confident when you’re part of the fun too! 💛

Mini Movers (Ages 4–6)

Building confidence, coordination, and independence through dance

Mini Movers is a more structured but still playful class designed to help children grow in confidence and physical skills.

  • Each class includes:

    • A fun cardio warm-up and stretching

    • A themed obstacle course and skill stations to practise basic acrobatics, balance, and strength

    • A short dance using props to develop rhythm, expression, and musicality

  • If your child is a little shy at first, you’re very welcome to stay in the room to help them feel comfortable — you can even join in some activities if that helps. As confidence grows, most children quickly become happy to dance independently with their friends. 💫

Dance Explorers (Ages 6–9)

For growing dancers ready to learn, explore, and shine

Dance Explorers is a dynamic, skill-building class for children who are ready to dance more independently.

  • Each class includes:

    • A warm-up and stretching to prepare the body

    • Across-the-floor exercises to build jazz and lyrical technique

    • Acrobatics stations to safely practise skills such as rolls, bridges, balances, and cartwheels

    • A dance routine to develop performance skills, memory, and confidence

  • Parent Guidance:
This class is designed for independent dancers. Parents are welcome to watch from the side for the first few sessions if needed, but most children quickly feel confident and love dancing on their own with their new classmates. 🌟
